‘Off Ice On Topic’ Event – June 1St 2015 – Huize Frankendael – Amsterdam Topic: Fixed Income Smart Beta

On June 1St 2015 we had a very successful and interesting ‘Off Ice On Topic’ event at the Amsterdam based ‘Huize Frankendael’. Lombard Odier, Wellington and Corestone presented and 48 guests involved in institutional asset management attended the event. The event’s topic was ’Fixed Income Smart Beta’. Smart Beta solutions for Equities are applied by many Dutch institutional investors. Fixed Income Smart Beta is a bit less well known. For Dutch pension funds and insurance companies Fixed Income Smart Beta solutions might very well be interesting. The tighter regulation, higher reserve requirements and the current low yield environment almost ask for Smart Beta Solutions in Fixed Income space!
